Currently, PRIMIS is registered in three different registers of suppliers for contracts in the public sector.
In the Czech Republic, it is the List of qualified suppliers (SKD) maintained by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The second one is the Register of public sector partners of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, a similar register in the Slovakia. The third one is the Austrian Auftragnehmerkataster Österreich (ANKÖ).
The principle behind these registers is the same – when basic conditions are met, as defined in national public procurement laws, the company is registered. So when submitting a bid, you just need to prove that you are registered in the respective system, without presenting certain documents. This approach significantly reduces the administrative burden of public tenders.
